The hinge and locking system enables the window to operate in two ways. A simple rotation of the handle will allow the window to tilt into the ventilation position. A further rotation allows the window to open in for easy cleaning. For added safety, a tilt restrictor can be fitted to reduce the risk of the window being fully opened accidentally.
